Brighton Estates, also fondly referred to has High Bonanza, is a backcountry neighborhood in the Bonanza Flat area of Wasatch County, UT. Originally formed in the 1960’s, our cabin neighborhood has evolved over the years to become a growing community of people connected by a mutual love and passion for the Wasatch Mountains.

The Brighton Estates Property Owners Association (BEPOA) is being revived in 2026, to represent the voices, interests, rights, and safety of all property owners and residents.
